Cucina tipica marinara dove vengono valorizzati i cosiddetti "pesci poveri": sarago, gattuccio, pescatrice,
scorfani, tonno rosso con una vasta quantita' di primi di pesce, gnocchi arselle e bottarga, maccarrones
de busa con scampi e rucola, la fregola sarda con arselle e zafferano, spaghetti arselle e peperoni gialli.
I secondi vanno dai pescati del giorno, san pietro, saraghi, dentici, in grigliate miste di pesce, agli
ottimi fritti di paranza e per chiudere i dessert : sorbetti, dolci sardi, crema catalana e semifreddo alla cannella.

on the family heritage, starting from a big selection of starters and main dishes the gnochetti alla Bottarga (dried mullet roe),
